Taste of Norway (May 1 – September 11) and Little Taste of Norway (September 12 – April 30) are two distinct culinary experiences that let you savor the flavors of Norwegian traditions.

Both concepts are seasonally adapted, rooted in Norwegian cuisine, and offer authentic taste experiences.

When Little Taste of Norway is open (our off-season concept) you will be hosted in our cozy café. Here, we serve flavorful platters featuring a selection of traditional Norwegian dishes, presented in a warm and informal setting.

 

The experience is suitable for breakfast, (8:00-12:00), lunch, and dinner, giving you the opportunity to taste multiple classic dishes in a relaxed, “home at mom’s” atmosphere straight out of Norwegian rural romanticism.

When the doors open to Taste of Norway in May (our in-season experience), you are invited into an atmospheric venue inspired by Norwegian nature, with trees and décor that evoke the feeling of being outdoors in the Norwegian landscape.

The space is spacious and beautiful, serving a rich buffet with a wide variety of traditional Norwegian dishes. This is a complete culinary experience that combines Norway’s natural beauty with our rich food culture and proud traditions.
